  Friendly new owners who answered my questions plus improved the gym which was looking a bit run down.

  Reasonable price, 24 hour access, not too busy - it's not the greatest gym, but it's friendly and not overly testosterone fueled.

  Very happy with this gym. My membership had expired and I was due to be transferred to Brisbane for work. My transfer got pushed back a week so I went into the gym and asked if I could purchase a weeks worth of training or a ten day pass. The owners insisted that I don't pay, and gave me 8 days for free until I'll get transfered to Brisbane. I know it's not the biggest deal in the world but they redid all my biometrics (fingerprints to access 24 hours again) and re issued my card for nothing, when they could have just taken $30 odd bucks off me. Great customer service and a gym that pretty much has the lot in Hervey Bay.
