::I recently started getting into the triathlon game, with no cycling experience whatsoever, so when I came into the store, I had no clue what I was looking for. Brett and the team were incredibly helpful. They not only picked out an appropriate entry level bike, but went into detail about how it should feel when riding to make sure I was getting exactly what I needed for my goals. They hooked me up with all the gear (helmet, pedals, bike bag, tubes, bottle rack) and when they didn’t have my shoe size, they ordered these immediately for me from another store, in time for my first training session. After a week riding my new bike, I came back to be properly fitted. Brett Cut my seat down to make sure I felt comfortable, and taught me how to use the cleats, going above and beyond for me. Honestly an all round great experience, as well as great prices. 11/10 would recommend. Honestly this was a great experience

::I was having massive problems with my bike and couldn't figure out why. I went into 99 Bikes Alexandria for a bike fitting and was instantly attended to by Brett Armstrong. Even though I didn't originally purchase the bike from the store, he couldn't have been more willing and happy to help. He set my bike up and did everything he could to ensure a perfect fit and a comfortable ride. I've been riding smoothly and happily ever since! Best bike shop in Sydney! Couldn't recommend highly enough.
