  We had a complex 3 car garage/entertaining structure to build because of the east/west & north/south elevations/falls. The challenges Andrew faced with roofing & flashing amongst others were signifiacant. Andrew consulted with me each step of the way on solution options & delivered those with exceptional quality. I would use AB Property Services again without hesitation.

  I have called AB property Services in a couple of times now and couldn’t recommend them highly enough - a few months back Andrew answered the phone promptly late on a Friday night and came to our rescue and repaired our ceiling from a pipe burst on the second floor and flooding, and has recently also helped us out with some repairs on our garage roof. Great quality work, efficient service and also explains everything that needs doing so you understand what you are paying for. Thanks guys!

  I arranged with AB Property Services to book a carpenter to perform some work that we needed done and Alex (the carpenter) turned up as arranged and perfectly on time to fit our new front door and replace the architrave around the doorway. He put in a real solid day of work and I have to say that I am most impressed with the job he did, which is certainly top notch. His work is absolutely first class and I have no hesitation in giving him my highest recommendation. My sincere thanks to Andrew and Alex for a job very well done!

  I had to give this company a star to be able to provide feedback. I would have given them nothing, however. I sent them plans for my renovation and spent s lot of time detailing plumbing and electrical etc. after an initial request for plans I had, in fact, already given them, I didn't hear from them for over 2 weeks. I chased them and was told by somebody called Ugo, to speak to Andrew, who was the person I thought I had initially contacted (confused). Andrew hadn't even looked at the plans - didn't know anything about them. He said they had been inundated with quotes and would get to it when they could. Perhaps they could have mentioned that from the beginning. In my experience, most trades are bad communicators. Stick with someone who at least gets back to you. Don't waste your time with these guys.
