  I was dreading wedding dress shopping just from hearing other peoples experiences with snobby staff and being pushed into spending more than the budget. The girls I got at Abbey Bridal were just amazing. I showed them a few of their dresses that I liked and they got an idea of the style I liked. The first dress I tried on wasn't actually one I had on my list but one they thought I would like judging by the others I had chosen. The dress was absolutely perfect, more perfect than I could imagine. I ended up buying a dress that wasn't even on my list of dresses. They knew what I wanted better than i did. They asked my top end of the budget, and didn't push me to try on any over that budget. I can't thank them enough for the service they provided. I was so happy to not have to go to more than one shop and really, I didn't have to try on more than one dress.

  Absolutely amazing ! The ladies were so so kind, so welcoming and just absolutely amazing ! They were all present and you felt comfortable while you were in the store and while they were serving/and fitting you. These ladies really know the meaning of customer service and they deliver above and beyond to make your special day that much better! Thank you so much to Susanne especially for fitting and taking care of my sister, she is over the moon with her beautiful new w swing dress and I feel like she is that much more excited now that she found he perfect one of a kind dress she now has hidden away in her wardrobe. Again thank you so so much from the bottom of my heart. You ladies are stunning were such an amazing help. My family and I 100% recommend this store for all your bridal needs, and the friendly environment is just an amazing bonus! Thank you thank you thank you Hayley Givins

  I made an appointment to view dresses in late October at Abbey Bridal. Suzanne sat down with me to first learn what I liked and didn't like. I didn't think I had a dream dress in mind, but about 4 or 5 dresses in, I knew we had it. My budget was low in terms of wedding dresses, and she respected that and even cautioned me when I wanted to try something on that was well outside my budget. This was my first place to try on wedding dresses, and she was very helpful and patient with me. While I had walked in a bit worried about my budget and the limited time to order a dress before my wedding just over 4 months later, Suzanne wound up bringing out just the right dress from the back, a one-of-a-kind that hadn't been tried on or even steam pressed yet. It incorporated all the elements I loved, and she completed the look by putting on me a hairpiece, veil, and handing me a bouquet. This was it. I walked out with the dress, which wasn't much more than my initial budget. My wedding was in March, and I just want to say thanks so much for enabling me to feel so beautiful on my wedding day!

  Amanie and Suzanne are absolutely fantastic! They are friendly, patient and authentic in their customer service and made me feel completely comfortable and at ease without pressuring me. I had such a great experience in finding and purchasing my wedding dress that I recommended my sister to also visit Abbey’s. After two appointments she also found her dream dress - I highly recommend Abbey’s for the wide range of styles, reasonable pricing, and fantastic customer service. Although busy, they always find a way to be accommodating to ensure everyone has a great experience and they never sit still. Thank you ladies!!

  Amazing service! Even though I only booked fittings in two stores, I saw a huge difference in how Abbey Bridal deals with their customers. They're professional, they listened to what I wanted and with a few trails, they were able to find the perfect wedding dress for me with the price I could afford! The original price was way beyond I'm willing to spend on a wedding dress but with their magic, I was able to take the dress home on that same day! They went to great lengths to make me see myself on my wedding day---with a veil, bouquet and they even made my hair! On top of that, they even accommodated my friend though it was already near their closing time. I'd absolutely recommend Abbey Bridal to anyone! :D
