  I have been using their services as a tenant, and I can say its an amazing experience. They are prompt at everything and quite helpful. Alongside, the property manager carry a great professional work ethics which is wonderful. You, as a tenant always feel accompanied by your property manager. Cheers.

  I rented a property through Natalie at APM. She was attentive, proactive and professional - everything you could want in a property manager (as a tenant and as a home owner, as I am myself also). I highly recommend APM, their professional staff and convenient services.

  Access Property team are professional, courteous, and great to work with! I've been using Access Property Management for over a year now to rent out my home while I live overseas. They've been doing a superb job of taking care of everything. They keep me up to date during the process and it feels great not having to worry. They make property management simple and easy. I highly recommend them.

  I once used Access Property Management a few years ago to let my property out. You just need to watch the impact their fees have on your income as I thought $45 an hour for inspections at the end and beginning of the let were high – especially as they charged for something like 5 to 6 hours time to do the final inspection, combined with other changes this effectively took about half that months rental income. Also not too impressed with the clearing services they offered, did not clear tea stains on a lounge table, and they reported these marks as damage in the inspection report – I had paid out for several hours of clearing, so thought would have addressed this. The property sales manager chap at the time was helpful, but I just think he had his hands tired with the company policies and probably his boss.
