  Requested a service as well as a removal/ reinstallation of air conditioning unit. Only a small job but ACG were very professional, this was both for the co-ordinator (Chris) and the installers. They were on time, well mannered and within budget. I would happily recommend their services.

  Don't bother going anywhere else!!! I had my Daikin ducted air conditioner installed by ACG. Within 48 hours of getting a quote, I had my new air con installed! From word go Steve was very prompt with giving me a vey competitive quote to organising the job. Peter who overlooks the whole operation has obviously been doing this for a while and doing it well. I have liaised with Peter several times and have been kept up to date with the progress all the way through. Mario and his crew whom installed the air conditioner are absolutely fantastic! They were extremely polite, very careful with the install of the unit and very tidy. Cleaned everything up after they finished the job and always very courteous. All in all you can tell the whole crew cares about their business and wants to achieve the same goal which is to make their customers happy! They have definitely achieved this with us. Well done guys, highly recommend you to anyone else out there looking to install their new air conditioner!!!

  Peter Nakad and the team at ACG will never need to beg for business. They are in the business of supplying a product but it is their service where they differ from the rest. I required some maintenance and modifications to an existing air con system and everything went extremely smooth with no surprises. The appointment was made, price agreed, the guy appointed phoned prior to coming out to check you are home, the work completed with no mess (even brought his own drop sheet), and cleaned up afterwards. Great job and highly recommended!!!!

  Great job by the crew. Ably led by Mina, who with a mix of instruction, coaxing and encouragement got the very best out of his team of Anthony and Max, they got the vents where we wanted them and installed the air handler in difficult conditions in the roof. We have cellulose fiber insulation so it was very dusty up there for them. They did a exemplary job of cleaning up inside. The electrician was held up on another job, so he came later that day with another team leader, Omar, and they finished off. The unit works great. I was concerned about the noise the Daikin compressor / condenser may make as it is near to my neighbor's house, but it seems pretty quiet. The Daikin air handler, well, we can't hear that at all, really. The quote that Peter, the boss gave, was $1000 under the nearest comparable quote. It's definitely worth getting ACG in for a quote.

  A big thank you to the lads from ACG Air. Peter came and quoted our house several times as we kept changing our minds on size of unit. He patiently explained all we needed to know then provided the best price we got for the Daikin system. Extremely happy with the install as well. The install team were very professional and thorough. They managed to get all the vents to exactly where I wanted despite our ceiling causing them headaches. Didn't shy away from more difficult locations to satisfy our requirement. They chased one of our interior brick walls for some electrical work, and it was done with the utmost care, better than chasing previous electrician and plumber had done to other parts of our house. Extremely impressed with the level of service and finish quality. Would recommend.
