  Clean and convenient, close to everthing. Staff were helpful. A few things to be aware - if you order room service it comes in disposable containers (i presume from another nearby hotel). If you stay more than 2 nights your room is not cleaned everyday unless requested. The remote for the TV is most annoying, it keeps taking you to the paid movie screen no matter which button you push. The tiles in the shower floor are slippery and dangerous We have previously stayed here when it was Aria and this is our first time as Adina. We will be back

  Modern, clean rooms, great facilities. Best shower heads in any hotel I've stayed in. There were a few hiccups with the electronic key access to the rooms, however the staff were helpful resolving the issue eventually. Not the most organised on the reception desk.

  Adina had only owned the hotel for a week and so one must expect a few issues. The only problem we had was the electronic key cards would work once and then not the next time. Over the 4 days I had to change the key cards a total of 8 times. Staff were very apologetic and did their best to assist us. The room was comfortable and had everything we needed.

  I was pleasantly surprised by the attitude of the staff. The hotel was clean overall. I appreciated the idea sharing the restaurant and swimming pool of the hotel next door in order to keep the costs down for their customers

  I stayed in the Spa Suite and highly recommend it for the beautiful and spacious room, albeit a bit expensive. The staff are very friendly and the convenience of having the pavilion right next door for meals is great as they still provide room service at all hours. However, the cleaning of the rooms is sub standard when staying at the hotel. They did not vacuum the floor despite the obvious dirt and large crumbs that were accidentally spilt, they didn't put rubbish out from the bathroom, the lounge had crusty stains on it, and the tables had dirty smears on them after wiping them with maybe a dirty sponge? Overall beautiful rooms and friendly staff, convenient location and amenities close to the hotel, I'm just disappointed with the level of cleaning during my stay (and I'm no clean freak, just didn't like the lack of standard).
