  Ill add to the on going bad reviews of this dodgy unhelpful company that has no customer service and makes money from selling lemons and warrranties that cover nothing. Purchased a used car from Nuford Wangara. Within 3 months it developed oil leaks that they are going to charge me $3300 to fix. Ive also heard from friends that they have faked log books before.

  They said that they will charge only $159 for the service on their website, but when i go to the dealers, one said its $189 as we have to put fully synthetic oil and other said $199. Why do you guys do this? Tell us before we book then.

  If you dont have the correct software for my car you should tell me BEFORE I bring the car in for a "service". Failing that you could at least tell me AFTER the service that you could not clear the messages on the screen. Instead I have to call you back and ask whats up only for you to tell me I need to go back to the dealer. The "service " here is non existent. If I could rate it a 0 I would.

  Bad customer service.. you get low service if you pay less money.. better service comes with big money.. not on time.. CS stated they are busy thus couldn't make it on time.. as it was my fault.
