::Terrible cheap products used but you pay top dollar. Cheap trade labour with really poor standards. All gum service from the Bunbury office when there are problems. Total heartbreak and huge costs in fixing all the bog jobs that a home handyman could do but you pay thousands instead. Find a real company with real credits these guys need to be reported to the building commissioner total rip off.

::DO NOT BUILD WITH AK HOMES . Nothing but problems which " the can do " builder couldn't handle. Communication is shocking ( you will only here from them when they want a progress payment). The supervisor was useless ( he doesn't have a background in construction). The mistakes made are too numerous to mention here. If you're considering building with Ak Homes, take some advice from someone who has, save your money, time and pain and build with reputable company and stay away from this one.

::After being mislead and advised of wrong information I will no longer be building with AK Homes. I couldn't advise strongly enough to avoid building with this company, the experience was fantastic to start with but became very stressful and confronting after receiving a phone call from a director of the business. If you do decide to take the risk you MUST get absolutely everything in writing from the sales rep. My partner and I made the very large mistake thinking verbal advice was sound advice.
