  Counter staff are often very rude and unhelpful. Doctors range from inexperienced to condescending and uptight. The practice doctors have made some pretty big mistakes with handing results and information as well as given some bad advice. Sometimes they do get nicer doctors but they tend to leave. I decided a while ago not to use this clinic and just tried them again and won't be going back. There are much better practices around!

  I wanted to make this my local regular doctor but after experiencing one particular lady on the front counter I'll avoid this place. Doctor was young but seemed pretty good and was very friendly but it's a shame one particular older lady who knows nothing about customer service ruins it for everyone else.

  Worst ever called up trying to make an emergency appointment. No help at all. And yet they Wonder why people go to the hospital instead and waste the doctors time there. Pathetic excuse of a clinic. Would give them a negative if I could

  As others have said, the counter staff can be a bit abrupt, but not rude. They helped me out and answered my questions, just seemed like they were a bit cranky. Doctor was lovely, bit inexperienced, but she called in her supervisor for help and sorted the problem. Had to do urine tests, blood tests, and a swab. All came back fairly quickly and was all done on site which made it easy. Not the best, but a pretty good practice all round :).

  I have found that regardless of which doctor I see for myself or for my children, we have received excellent care. The doctors are holistic to their approach and Genevieve Buchanan in particular has been so incredibly supportive over the years. I cannot rate them highly enough.
