::Training with Alex has been a fantastic experience. I had some ambitious goals for weight loss and toning for summer and thanks to Alex, I'm on track to meet them. Alex takes the time to understand your goals and strengths/weaknesses and really focuses the program to get results as quickly as possible. Also, training with a friend means our sessions are both beneficial and enjoyable. It also means we train together outside our PT sessions motivating each other to train regularly. I've noticed an increase in my overall energy levels, dropped a couple of dress sizes and increased my strength in a really short period.
