  Total legend to deal with. Knows his stuff, good communicator and reasonably priced. Helped get my truck in through rego. Very glad to have him in town.

  Had an issue with my Hilux whilst travelling and limped back to Alice. Other mechanics wouldn't look at the car for 7 to 10 days! Jim was booked out but promised to take a look and at least diagnose the problem that day so we knew how long we would be stuck there. As soon as I arrived he dropped everything and spent 2 hours diagnosing then fixing the problem. By lunch we were ready to set off again. Price for the work was VERY reasonable anywhere - let along when stuck in the middle of the outback. Very appreciative and would recommend to anyone.

  Great experience today. Had a problem with a dirty fuel filter on our Landcruiser. This was fixed promptly by a competent friendly mechanic. Would recommend.

  Jim and his team are amazing! The kind of service he has provided us is above and beyond what anyone offers now days. I have never met him or his team, apart from a couple phone calls. I called them one day before an auction to ask for an inspection. He not only inspected the truck, but also when the next day and bid for us, and won the item at a very reasonable price. He also has assisted in regards to pickup, registration etc. This type of old fashioned service is unheard of now days, from a complete stranger. Let me say he has been so helpful that it blows me away! His assistance and willingness to help is very hard to find, and when you come across such amazing people you need to let others know. This is what Territory needs more of! Keep up the great work, and thanks!

  Jim got us back on the road within 20 minutes. Our 4WD broke down while on holiday in Alice Springs. Friendly and expert assistance. Highly recommended.
