  Not good. My house watertank pump was going off every 5 mins. Waited for nearly 2 weeks for service person to come to my property. Didn't show up on the booked day, didn't call, and still no explanation from the manager 2 weeks after the no show. I went to Alpha pumps in Currumbin and with some helpful advice, l fixed the problem myself. Turns out that it was simply a faulty valve. Not sure how much damage was done to my pump during the wait for all about pumps to show up, but thanks for nothing guys. Warren Sonter

  Great service, thought I was in for a brand new pump. $43 to repair. Great.

  Great customer service. Rang them for some technical information when assisting a customer. I was unable to fix the problem so they drove down from Bundall to Currumbin with a spare pump and got the water back on. That's Service.

  No doubt about it - they know their stuff. Ask about the boxes of 'magic pieces' that'll get you out of trouble without having to buy a whole new widget.

  Dropped in to inquire about replacing my house pump as it died the day I had to take my wife in to hospital to give birth and I wanted to get water back on before returning home with a newborn. The gentleman behind the counter took the time to point out that I didn't need to replace the pump and that if I dropped it in, he could have it working correctly within an hour, otherwise he'd give me a loan pump to get by. One of the rare occasions that customer service was a priority over making a few dollars. I will definitely return, and I cannot recommend this company highly enough.
