  Glen was attentive and helpful. He made our purchase pleasant and easy. However very disappointed with no free delivery to metropolitan area.

  Purchased a buffet online which was in stock. Got a call from the store to pick up the buffet. When I reached there, they said it is not in stock and will take couple of months.

  Recliner replaced 3 times. Now waiting on the replacement suite. Already got it but it was used so had to send it back for another one. Update. Got the new recliner all seems good. The manager came good after a while but the state manager a blonde woman was just plain rude. I asked to speak to her when she was in store. 3 staff told her I was waiting to speak to her and she avoided me like.the plauge. That really annoyed me as she should speak with angry customers and be informed of what happened. If I saw her again in store I would walk out and spend money elsewhere. If she was not there I would purchase again but very cautiously.

  Came to the store for a dining set but they were out of the chairs that came with it. they went around the store with us and showed us every other option that they would put into the deal for us. In the end we paid $300 for $800 worth of stuff. They definitely went above ans beyond for us and i definitely recommend! 10/10
