::Bought a tent here a week ago. Joined their club program to receive club price (no personal info required). The tent ripped itself apart in the wind. Took it back for a refund. Glad to report that this process was simple and no fuss. (The clerk didn't even check if the bag actually contained the tent.)

::I visited this store Dec 2017 to grab a couple of shimano surf rods. I was really impressed with the amount of fishing gear, the brands and the genuine sale items. I ended up getting 4 sublimated fishing shirts which were a bargain at 2 for $70. Was given great friendly service by Heath and two blonde girls. I have an injury and they even walked the items to my car for me. I'll definitely be back with great customer service like that. Have a great Christmas guys and girls! Thanks!

::Exceptional service by Steve when I took my mountain bike in for a service. Within 15 minutes, he had the wheels spinning straight, gears changing smoothly, brakes tightened, and all clean, all the while answering all my questions. His knowledge was second to none. All this for a measly $20. Excellent!!!
