  Really disappointing Customer Service Anaconda. I'm a member of their Loyalty Club but it appears that loyalty is a one-way street. I purchased a number of items online on a Friday I then discovered that those items on the Monday were then on special at a significant discount and at a total price that is $101.99 less than the price I paid, I contacted Customer care twice via email to see if it would it be possible to be credited the difference as the items had not yet been shipped. After not receiving the feedback promised in the automated reply for almost a week I tracked down the customer care number only to be told that there is no way to refund the difference all I could do is take the items into the nearest store for a refund and reorder them after that which in its self is problematic as more than half the items still haven't turned up. All in all, this has been a very disappointing experience particularly when you realize the items were purchased are for a registered charity.

  Fantastic customer service yesterday. Had an awesome guy in the bike department. Couldn't of helped me more. Even loaded my purchases into the car in a very busy carpark. Very helpful. Well done.😊

  Good shop but wont shop there because of paid parking. Must be a profit killer for them.
