  I went into the studio and despite some issues with those I had bought along to help me, Cheryl and Misty were wonderful (they even ran interference....). They were so accommodating and put me at ease but most of all were really easy to talk to as I am someone who was feeling way out of my depth. Although I didn't get my own gown from these lovely ladies, I did purchase my bridesmaids dresses. Even with an 8 week rush they have been wonderful help. There was a great range of bridal gowns as well as bridesmaids/formal dresses, and the studio was really private. Thank you so much for your help ladies. Katie

  On the day of my appointment I had a lovely younger lady assist me with trying on dresses, there was another lady working on that day with a stripe of colour in her hair who was not so friendly. I ended up finding the wedding gown I wanted to wear to my wedding and was told if I pay for the dress in full by 18.1.2018 that they will give me 10% off the price. (this was put in writing on a card with no valid to date) I had also called up the shop to confirm this. On the 15/1/2018 I emailed misty asking for a final day of when I had to pay for my gown by and my invoice so I could pay for the gown and take advantage of the 10% off for paying in full. Misty replied staring 5th feb 2018 and I’ll have my gown by end of July, she had also emailed saying the deal ended on 1 Jan 2018 which I have proof of in email. Very disappointed especially considering I had cancelled a few bridal fittings in another state as I thought I would be buying the gown from Annabel’s. When you say you are going to do something you should follow through with it.

  My experience at Annabel's Bridal was amazing! It was the first store I had visited and despite car issues and arriving late to my appointment they were very accomodating. Misty served me and was very helpful and kind, put me right at ease and pulled a few dresses that I never would have considered but they ended up being beautiful. I loved the fact there was no pressure to make decisions and she was happy for me to just cruise through the whole experience. She offered brilliant advice and was very knowledgable about what would suit me and how to alter things.

  Finding a beautiful dress for formal season is quite difficult when there aren’t too many shops with evening dresses readily available. Ordering online can also be a risk with gowns arriving in different colours, sizes and later than estimated delivery time. Luckily, when I went to Annabel’s Bridal Studio I was able to purchase an elegant dress off the rack, last minute, and was fitted to me within a two week period, something which I know is fairly impossible elsewhere due to the business of end of year events. It was because of this diligent and friendly service that I continued to purchase 5 more evening dresses to wear to formals in the years that followed. I want to thank endlessly the team at Annabel’s for ordering in beautiful dresses in advance, which catered to my dress taste with enough time to get them hemmed for these events. Such a positive experience. I still have these dresses and will always remember my experience of first coming to you ladies! I strongly recommend the team at Annabel's for anyone who is in need of beautiful dresses with a friendly service

  I went into Annabel's Bridal and was greeted on arrival by such a friendly staff member. From the moment I walked into the shop I felt so welcome and comfortable. I was fitted beautifully and found my dream gown. Thank you to Misty and the girls for helping me to be the most beautiful bride. I couldn't recommend Annabel's more highly their range is amazing.
