  It's impossible to deal with an organisation that finishes at 4 in the afternoon and their Contact Centres are offshore and cannot do what you want, ie Book an appointment in store. Useless How about opening when people can actually get there. How about once a week work 12 - 9pm

  I was tremendously disappointed by my experience here. The people who I happened to be served by were rude, to a ridiculous degree, and I quite embarrassingly was so shocked, and felt so belittled by the way I was treated here, that I left the building near tears. I just felt so bad, despite logic telling me that I had nothing wrong and their behaviour was unacceptable. I was shouted at, told to, and I quote "shut up" when I pointed out how abrasive and rudely I was being spoken to, and made to feel as though I was an idiot. All the while the person who I was speaking to couldn't even answer any of my questions properly. I discovered that I was given incorrect information by the person I spoke to after I left ANZ and returned home. When I went back to complain, and had the misfortune to be assigned to the exact same person, I was met with an emotionless and unsympathetic expression. This time I was told something completely different. When I questioned why this person hadn't told me this information before and had said something else, they just didn't respond, looked horribly bored and looked at their nails. I was told that I had the information I needed and was asked "why are you still talking to me". Wow. Never encountered such rudeness in my life. The people who work here are absolutely USELSS. Truly. I don't understand how, in Melbourne, a city where I'm sure there are numerous people who need a job, ANZ has managed to employ the most incompetent and hostile people! I'll certainly be looking into changing my bank, and this is from someone who has been an ANZ customer for the past 20 years.

  It ok service. Not so happy with customer service. NAB is better...
