  It’s somewhat irritating when you only have 30 mins on a luncbreak. To go into anz the line was not long at this point I was the 3rd person and then to wait for almost 20 mins because there is only one teller. instead of a “ sorry for keeping you waiting “ it’s a stale hi and a disappointing outcome. It would have been nice if the two ladies that were talking about their lunch on the computers could have gone through the long line and told me what I needed to know would have saved so much time. Do not come here if you are wanting something done quickly with one teller it will not happen !
