Went in to have my battery replace. Thought I was gonna be in and out in a minute but something happened with my Apple ID and I was there for almost 2 hours. Laurence who helped me was very patient and helpful the whole time until the issue resolved. I’m very happy with the whole experience.

Went there last week and I had 2 devices that needed fixing. It was very busy but the staff were still very attentive, smiling and friendly. Got the matter solved although it was a bit complicated. The wait was acceptable for the amount of people that were there. Excellent job guys 👍🏻👍🏻

Went in a short while ago wanting to buy a charger. I selected the charger from the wall, then looked around for someone who was serving people (and not the guys that work at the genius bar for appointments). One of the workers with an ipad approached me and said I’d need to be put down on a wait list for people paying for things - a little strange since usually you don’t do that just for walking in and buying something, but he was apologetic. I was told to wait at one of the tables. I waited five minutes and noticed there were two workers standing by the mac screens doing nothing and just talking with their credit card scanners. A number of other customers were walking around and looking for workers who were free yet these two didn’t move. I could see one worker looking at me but he was serving another couple and was obviously able to tell I was starting to get impatient. After another worker joined the two who were doing nothing and merely glanced over at me, another five minutes had passed and I could wait no longer as I was working. I’m going to go to jbhifi instead and get a charger from there. I understand apple gets busy but it’s ridiculous to make someone wait ten minutes if they’re just walking in to buy a small item, and even more ridiculous to have workers who are just doing nothing when there’s multiple customers walking around.

I had an appointment to replace my IPhone 6 Plus. I live 7 hours from Perth First they had no record of my appointment. I showed them the email with case number and appointment. I get helped just a little bit later so that wasn’t too bad. I ask to proceed with the battery replacement as booked and get told THEY HAVE NO REPLACEMENT BATTERY until April. Apple promotes themselves as such a great customer friendly company. In my 66 years I have never been so disappointed in a company.
