::Apple property management are tge worst landlord, i rented one home for 12 months an 8 bedroom paid 750 a week rent was never late and always kept home spotless, request repair and fire checks got none!! Donald Toni and Chris all blamed owner. When was time for lease to expire they informed me owner wanted to rent room singularly and be 120 min per riom if we wish to stay on. Or tgey find me anotger property. Theu found us a property straight away was 4 bedroom and 3 car shed. They advised the shed would have a room made in it and fully insolated for my son to occupy. After 6 months of asking for the room to be done they finally structured a wall dividing the shed, no insulation no floors no ceiling no walls and expected my son to stay in there. House had constant leaks and was filthy the dirty on top of cupboards so thick i had to scrap it off. I applied to tribunal to vacate and have got nothing but lies and bullying ever since. The tribunal found i was not at fault and vacated the lease no fund owing yet they block every application saying I owe funds. Donald was fired and cgris bow manages and his side kick Toni DONT TRUST THESE PEOPLE!!!! i now have 5 cgildren to house a perfect record apart from this evil people who failed to provide what they promised ohhh did i mention a back door that didnt lock or close for 3 months wgile i had my 5 children sleeping inside!! Try being a mum and staying galf awake all night to make sure your kids are safe. APPLE YOU SGOULD BE ASHAMED OF YOURSELF

::DO NOT AFFILIATE YOURSELF WITH THIS 'BUSINESS'!!!! Disgusting service. They will dodge any calls as soon as there is a problem or ignore them all together.This has been doing on for 3 months! They are horrendously unprofessional. More than happy to take your money, but unwilling to ensure your house is livable. I'm so outraged and disappointed as a tenant. They have abused their power and we will be avoiding Apple Property like the plague. On a side note, it's very telling that they have to create false reviews by the employees themselves to bump up their ranking to 3.5 stars. It's pitiful that I have to give them one at all! You should be ashamed Apple Property!

We've always had the same tenant and the management of the property and the tenancy has always been on point. Every month my rent money goes in, every 3 months there are detailed routine inspections, every 6 months I get an awesome call from Louise to catch up with how things are travelling along and the repairs and maintenance are always dealt with promptly and appropriately. As a "hands off" investor, I have 110% confidence that my investment asset is well managed and in capable hands with Apple Property. I would highly recommend them to any property investor or tenant alike.
