The staff were super friendly and helpful and luckily I did not have to wait long at all. My battery on my phone was stuffed, Xavier was super helpful and it was sorted asap. Left with such a good opinion of the place

Came to buy some products, knew exactly what I wanted, was served quickly with my name remembered, got my goods and was out of there as a happy camper. It was the lunch crowd but I seemed to have fluked a time between the rushes

Untrained staff who are more interested in chatting amongst themselves than selling their products. Terrible customer service. Sales staff made up facts to try and get a sale (all of which were incorrect) and went to google for answers to basic questions about their products. I had entered the store with the intention of purchasing the latest ipad and apple pencil with accessories. Due to the absolutely terrible service I went elsewhere to make my purchase, after having an hour of my time wasted.

My experience at the apple store was great. The staff was helpful and friendly. The wait actually wasn’t that bad and the customer service was great! 100% would recommend. :)

The team running this store do not understand the importance of a customers time. An appointment at the Genius Bar (surely an ironic noun) is merely a time to join the queue to see a technician. I arrived at previously agreed time with the absurd assumption that 9.20 am meant something in terms of these guys scheduling their work flow according to the universally agreed upon clock. Instead I was asked to wait like a docile lamb for shearing and for an indeterminate period of time. Why make an appointment time then? Best rock up when you can with time to spare and hope for the best, but plan for a long visit in the company of people who clearly have more demand than supply and the type of condescension that Apple staff are renowned for. Off I go to find an independent who will work for my custom and I'll be happy to pay more, at least they give AF.
