  We had an issue with a faulty part and James responded to an online enquiry very quickly and then patiently put up with my further questions and issues, always answering promptly. When I was still unable to resolve the issue James organised the installers to come the same day and sort out the problem. A couple of friendly and very polite guys showed up and as well as fixing the part also tweaked a couple of things to ensure the bifolds ran more smoothly. Note: builders had originally installed the doors, not AW&D. Thanks James - great service.

  I've had business dealings with Nicole & James on several occasions and always been impressed with their attentiveness and customer service. Would recommend Architectural Windows & Doors to anybody looking for a high quality product for their business and we'll certainly use them for renovations on our apartment before we sell.

  Definitely don't go with this supplier. When our builder went into liquidation they couldn't drop us quick enough even though their quote was accepted . A lot of time and effort had been gone through by everybody who were all quite supportive in this difficult time but AWD didn't care about us or the other professionals who were working on our project. All they cared about was themselves and deserted us in our time of need . Imagine, if this is the sort of service you get before they are engaged what sort of after sales service you would get after they supply the windows and have your money !! I would not recommend this company , we are now using Bretts who have a better and nicer looking door of equal or better quality and the service is personal and caring , the way it should be .
