  The best service in Geelong...l have been doing business with these guys for over 20 years & not once have they been rude or unfair...l recommend to all to pawn & buy there...all staff are awsome people...As good as new rocks!

  Very happy with the customer service I experienced at this store. Buying and selling pricing is alot better then the bigger pawn shop down the road.

  I am sorry you were left feeling this way Natalie. As we have always abided by the law and its strict identification requirements, as well as 20+ years experience in this industry, the occurrence of being presented stolen goods, let alone purchasing them, is extremely rare. As it was explained to you at the time, we will willingly accept any lists, descriptions, pictures, etc. and endeavour to "keep an eye out" for them and notify the police in the unlikely event of it happening. As we are only a small business with staff and bills to pay, I am sure you can appreciate the fact that our customers must take priority.

  Absolutely disgusted with how I was treated! We had a theft occur over night and I called to advise the shop in case anyone tried to pawn what was stolen from us. I was very rudely cut off mid conversation and told 'I'm too busy, I've got to go' before being hung up on. How about showing a little compassion towards someone who has just had thousands of dollars worth of good stolen from them!

  I can't believe how helpful the staff in this shop are. I went in expecting the same sleaziness that I have been on the receiving end of when dealing with some of the other pawn shops in the region. I was after a new guitar and one of the managers (The one that looks like Danny Bonaducci from the Partridge Family) really knew his stuff. He cranked the amp up and started belting out ACDC with much fervour. I highly recommend this shop for their knowledge and prices.
