  Wish to rate these guys with a minus 1 if it was possible. That broker guy Nigel in their Perth Office is rude and has no idea of what customer service is. I made an enquiry for a business by email and 48 hours after I had no response at all. Then I called him today on his mobile to follow up on my enquiry and just found out by talking to him that the information that I got in the business profile was different compared to their advertising. So I brought that to his attention and I suggested for them to change the ad to avoid confusion and waste of time of potential buyers like myself. Then he reacted aggressively saying that I was nobody to tell him what to do. Conclusion: you have now a very disappointed potential buyer who will take his money elsewhere. Do not bother with these people, go anywhere else where they know and understand what customer service is.

  Just had a settlement with Ascend, sold a number of business before with another business broking firm , but I'll use Ascend again , they just seemed to answer all my questions and made it easy,
