  Excellent service from Kris, Jodie and all the staff at Asset Management Property Group. I have found them to be friendly, highly professional, very knowledgeable and always easy to contact and respond to any of my queries - even at very odd hours!. I used their services as a tenant - If you are looking for peace of mind then I would highly recommend them. I shall definitely be using them again in the future.

  Excellent Service. Unlike the bigger Real-estate agents Asset Management Property Group has a more hands on approach and look after the Tenants and landlord with more diligence. I will highly Recommend Kris regardless of what other negative reviews state

  I found the rental application process with AMPG an easy one, with great communication throughout. Kris is always thorough but fair to deal with, and from the start of our tenancy to now, have enjoyed an honest and professional tenant - agent relationship. As a carpenter, I have also benefited from the property maintenance work Kris has contracted me to do on the hundreds of properties he manages. In all of our dealings, I have found Kris to be honest and professional and wouldn't hesitate to recommend Asset Management Property Group to anyone.

  It was such a pleasure to work with Kris. In the past I have found applying for rental properties stressful, but Kris' calm nature made the experience pleasurable. He kept me informed on the progress of my application and once approved, provided helpful information to make my move go smoothly. I would highly recommended Kris as a property manager. Thanks Kris!

  Over the process of meeting Kris in person, dealing with him on the phone and in email, he has proven that he cannot perform professional. He hangs up on prospective tenants if he doesn't want to bother with them - let me tell you it wasn't even a conversation on disagreeing, it was confirming that the application was received. I understand how busy work can get, I also understand on dealing with many clients BUT it does not validate rude behavior, nil manners and the absolutely horrible demeanor he carries. I was gobsmacked at the behavior, and am positively content that I will not have property management overhead from this company if that is the way of Asset Management Property Group. Edit: As I cannot reply to you directly, concerning your response to my complaint - it is not defaming if I am giving a review of the services by the company. Please note, this obviously is not the first time you have had issues with a tenant/applicant? I can see the other reviews as well. I am posting your response to mine below, as I don't want you deleting it - because it's definitely a show of how unprofessional you are Kris, since you are who I am complaining about, the owner of the company, the manager and the agent whom has caused so much distress. I will also note here: My partner received a call from Kris after we both reviewed the company. He attempted to blackmail us into deleting our reviews for "consideration of the property". To all property owners/ future clients: Kris will deal with your property no differently than what you have seen here, the communication between us. If he is willing to ring us, to demand we remove our reviews and then he will only now consider our application, you can only expect this as the best service he can give to you. Here was Kris's response to me, in case he decides to delete it: Your review is actually in accurate surrounding the circumstances. Your partner, who has also written a defamatory review, called after you had already called to check the application had been received. I notified you that the application had been received on the first call, and that we were currently processing the applications. Subsequently an email would have been sent out to all tenants by our office that that the property was no longer available to inspect, as it was under application. Your partner then called after you had checked the application to be received and demanded to know "how a decision had been made in five minutes." Well a decision has not been made, we have simply advised the property is no longer available for lease. The accusation that some mishandling of the application process has taken place is offensive as we conduct application checks with stringent procedures. We hope you will be successful on this, or other properties you may apply for. We know the process is not an enjoyable one for tenants. Perhaps you would consider removing this review as it is not appropriate to the context of the business we operate?
