  The worst dealership in perth. i had a Q5 with the extended 4 yrs warranty and only after 18 month the whole engine stopped working at 11 pm at night with my 3 kids in the car out of the blue and they didn't cover nothing, instead they wanted $16000 to fix it. Instead of finding a solution they sold my car with out my permission. SO STAY AWAY FROM THEM AND THEIR CARS !

  I had my oil pressure sign coming up and i got it repaired from my personal mechanic but still the sign was on, then i went to Audi centre and they said the same things to be changed that my mechanic had changed but i still headed on for it because i thought maybe they will do it right. I left my car for 3 days and they called me in the morning that my car is repaired. When i went to take my car back, i paid 230$ and still the problem persists. Now they are making excuses and saying that there are other problems in my car ( which my mechanic had already told two months before) and thats the reason for the oil pressure symbol and didn’t even make a refund for my money. Sad that such a big company is doing this

  I had rated Audi Centre Perth as a 5 Star Company as I worked there for over 4 years as their Foreman and Master Technician, however after leaving to start up my own Audi Specialist workshop unfortunately it’s no longer 5 Stars can’t bring myself to give it a 1 star either as there is some really good people still working there, Audi Centre Perth tried to refuse to sell our new business parts , barred us from the premises & told any current staff members if they were seen at our premises or associate with anyone from VAG Technic Perth it was immediate dismissal.........Audi Centre Perth afraid of a little competition from a small independent workshop ???

  Amazing service. Bought a few cars from them. No in used cars is brilliant to deal with. Karen in service does an outstanding job. She truly understands the customer and has an answer for all questions. Keep up the great work

  The direct shift gearbox in our A3 began to shudder at 30,000km, only at take off & only in hot weather. I asked for the problem to be diagnosed when booking a 45,000km service at Audi Perth. They said the clutch needed to be replaced. They quoted $2,800, a discount price. I sought advice elsewhere. We were told to use the car only in manual shift for a sustained period. We have been doing this for 6 months now. The shuddering is almost gone. It appears that Audi Center Perth lack expertise.
