::Went in to get a replacement MSIC card, what should have been a simple transaction became an hour of arguing with your server at the counter, at every turn you were determined to undermine this process, even when VERITAS was on my phone first you refused to talk to the woman, then you wouldn't follow her simple instructions to do a manual transaction, eventually once I started shouting at you you realized the battle was lost and processed it, I suspect this is NOT the first time you have done this as it seemed to be a bit of a game to you, to me there was no game

::I had my digital Passport photos taken last Thursday at the Victoria Street Australia Post. These photos did not arrive, so I spoke to someone on the Helpline...No they can not resend the photos because they are deleted each night, so off I went back into Bunbury, a 20 minute drive from home again. I explained the situation to Veronica (I believe she is the owner). No care factor what so ever, they just take the photos and wouldn't have a clue if they bounce back or are received ? Veronica was down right rude, didn't care that I had to make another 1 hour trip and couldn't even summons an apology out of her mouth. Thank goodness there are many other Australia Post outlets to use. If you can't deal with the public in a decent manner you shouldn't be behind a counter dealing with them every day.

::Friendly customer service. A courteous staff personal attending to customers needs upon arrival. Self service area available within this shop. Easy access form car park. Ample parking.

::Closed my PO Box of 11 years after I double paid for it. Nobody accountable that cared to help me after 3 attempts to clear it up. Ended up paying a reactivation fee to open up the box I'd paid twice for already. 3rd world service might have been better. Quite funny really. Basil Faulty would run a better outfit IMO
