  Post office was great staff aswell and supplies in stock new posting marchines just like shopping centres

  I come here every day to second day to do the office post run, and it can be a mixed bag, i've had both wonderful, and below average service here. Is super busy during the lunch period as well. Though a massive thanks to the lovely lady who always helps me chose the right product!

  This post office is a circus. Been turned back for a passport application twice on different grounds. First time they said everything was fine except I didn't have a copy of the child's birth certificate. Photos were acceptable. Went back with a copy of the certificate and then was told that photos are no longer acceptable. Checked with manager who informed that passport acceptance is at the discretion of the attending officer so if someone else in the team was happy to sign off on Friday, this attendant today is not happy to sign off. Talk about uniformity and standards. Unbelievable.

  Wasn't notified that a parcel had arrived in my locker - now it has been returned to sender and I need to wait twice as long, paying two shipping fees to receive it. Called and Australia Post won't pay for the shipping even though it was their mistake.

  Wow, appalling service from an older woman staff member! I was so polite and she slammed my packages down in front of me and made me do HER job! Everyone else I've encountered there has been really patient and lovely. I get how rough that job can get. But whoever this lady is....either get another job that you can handle or leave your personal issues at the door. Thanks for ruining my afternoon.
