::I came to this postshop to collect a parcel... The staff member Janece is ro rude to me when i try to explain what i need. If Janece does not like her job, she need to find something that is suitable for her... Defenetly customer service is not for her... Will never ever recomand this postshop...

::in all the years I have been going to Inglewood Post Shop I have always found all the staff there courteous and at times above just being normally helpful. So all you whingers out there stop blaming the people there for things that are out of their control.

::Tried to get my passport renewed but the staff would not use my perfectly fine photo and insisted on taking new photos just so they could charge me. I took my application to another post office and it was accepted with no problems.

::I've had a PO Box here for over ten years and I've never had bad service from any of the staff who are always friendly and helpful. I'm closer to the Mt Lawley PO (also good) but prefer this one as it's opposite the library and Brumby's so I can pick up my books and bread at the same time! I highly recommend this PO to everyone.
