  SANDFORD ROAD POST OFFICE SILENT PHONE NUMBER (08) 98442008 they Can't tell the diference between david street and discovery drive . shoving fragile parcels in mail boxs damaging contents rather than knocking on door. puncturing and damaging contents with forklift. counter staff are rude. no public transport since they shifted from york street.

  I went in store to post a parcel and was told everything was fine, then the following day the parcel was shoved into my P.O.Box so rough that the contents was damaged (two books packaged together were bent to squeeze it into the P.O.Box). When I went back in store to ask why suddenly the price was not accurate and the state of the parcel I was told 'it's the rues. If you don't have 'do not bend' on the parcel then we can do whatever is necessary to fit it into the post box'. Really? REALLY?? 'whatever is necessary'? Even if that means damaging merchandise? As long as you don't have to pay for it and it's not your belongings it's okay to mistreat it and cost someone else? Disgusting! Then to have the audacity to tell me I am being unfair for being upset about this!?! You have no idea what was in that parcel and the importance of it. I told the woman when I went in that it was important and she said NOTHING about writing 'do not bend'. As a matter of fact, I stopped using the 'Do not bend' stickers because YOUR STAFF told me that they're irrelevant!! Thanks a lot for bad service, bad attitude and NO respect!!
