  We were home waiting for the parcel, but the driver didn’t even press the bell or call. And I live at Halifax st, which is not far away from the Halifax post office, however, my parcel was shown in Rundle mall post office, and I didn’t even receive a collection card in my letter box, I only aware my parcel has arrived after I checked online with my tracking number. So I bet the driver didn’t even come. I lodged a complaint with Australia post, but there is no use, no one responsible for this and they asked me to pick it up from Rundle mall post office even WITHOUT a collection card.

  I had my passport photos taken - it was a quick and efficient process and I got my photos on the spot ! Great friendly and professional service :)

  Service not very consistent. Mostly it good but occasionally you get the run around with parcel pickup. Plus the usual issue with all Australia post outlets that they aren't focused on their key business. Waiting for bill payers and passport photos when you just want pay for postage is frustrating.

  I had a wonderful experience at this post shop. I came in with a fairly simple request, but as a millenial who uses computers for everything, the postal system somewhat eludes me. The help I received was customer service at its best - attention to detail with my question, prompt assistance and friendly banter to boot.
