    45 minute wait whilst the serve 2 cusyomers with passports. Cant you do like other post offices and restrict passports to just one counter. Just a thought!!!!

    THE STAFF HERE ARE NOT VERY HELPFUL OR CUSTOMER FOCUSSED A mid-sized Australia Post outlet which can get quite busy with queues common. Sadly my experiences there haven't been good. Staff who seem like they'd rather be someplace else.

    Horrible service, impatient helpless staffs there! The only thing they could say is there’s nothing they could do without taking effort to help your customers n give u a very bad attitude!! In my case it was your fault that did not give me any receipt or refer number when I actually asked for it at the store! How rude! I think you don’t even deserve a star!

    The personnel were helpful but the office is quite busy so you'll need to line up for about 10-15 min min. I kind of wished that they had a ticket machine so that you could look around the store while waiting.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Absolutely hopeless. 2 trips. no help. appointment no help again. Rude condescending, slow and unhelpful. I see you have to allow one star to post. Lucky to get that!
