  I work nearby at a facility that is open and staffed 24/7, yet I always receive “sorry we missed you” cards which is total BS. It’s just Aus Post being too lazy to get off the bike and deliver the parcel. So I went here to collect the parcel which they didn’t deliver, and then they told me they lost it. This exact same scenario has happened to me twice. I tried opening a support case with them but they don’t care. Aus Post is a joke.

  This is first the time, someone send parcel to me, and I never received it. The tracking said it was signed and delivered and I never got anything, and I waited for 2 days. The customer service is friendly, so i guess its the delivering guy. Again, I constantly receive mails that is not even the same suburb.

  Lost my parcel and took months to run an investigation (that I had to chase up constantly) only to say I'm never getting it and perhaps it accidentally went back to the sender. So, YOU LOST IT! At some point should they take responsibility and ownership of the situation. Simple.

  (feb 2o18) Postal locker has been broken for 2 months, and counting, with no explanation given to customers. I use the lockers because delivery to apartments is abysmal (see comments about carding from other users). This hub was not made with the growth of apartments in the suburb in mind and is a poor service. The warehouse attendants are patient but are bad at finding packages for whatever reason(s). They take 8 minutes AVG per package to find it. Often there is a queue of 4-9 people waiting to collect their packages from the window, with someone standing aside because their package cannot be located. In 35+ degree heat in summer...
