::It's already been 4 times that they forgot to give me an notice card when my parcel arrived. Once I order an item all the way from UK, because their mistake(no notice card), got my item sent it back, really not happy about it, they don't even apologize to me.

::Received terrible service tonight!! After rushing all the way there I arrived at 5.29PM to pick up a parcel and the lady closed the door IN MY FACE. She didn't even apologise and I had one foot in the door. The elderly gentleman next to me also entering couldn't believe her rudeness. Wheres the customer service??
