  Really cheap pizzas,the mushroom pizza used to be the best ever but we got one not that long ago & there wasnt much on it like there used to be? did it change ownership? such a shame

  I ordered from here as they offer vegan pizzas with vegan cheese. I know vegan cheese is more expensive, and I am willing to pay more for it. But there was no identifiable cheese on this pizza; at least not to me, my eyes, nor my taste buds. I sent the below photo to the business and apparently everyone there is adamant that there is in fact cheese on this pizza. Judge for yourself. I know I will not be visiting again.

  Ordered a medium pizza and a damper from inside the shop itself - was told it would be a 25 min wait. When I tried to pick up after 25 mins they said they had no record of my order and to check which shop I'd ordered it from. (Even though I'd ordered there in person!!) Then was told my order had been missed/forgotten and would be another 15 mins. Ended up waiting close to an hour for one med pizza. And not like it was busy - there were all of 3 other people in the shop over that period of time. No refund, no vouchers for the time wasted, nothing. Staff didn't care at all. Would never come here again.

  We held a celebration at school and the Pizza House staff couldn't have been more helpful. Offered great deals and the pizzas were a hit. Will be back.

  Australias Pizza House in general has some actually, really good pizza. It's seriously underrated as a pizza join here in Australia. By no means is it gourmet pizza that will blow your mind, but as an alternative to Dominos, it's excellent.
