  Ladies be ware! I went in with my partner recently and he was speaking to a big guy Tony. Well, this Tony, all I can say is nothing but a perv! He kept eyeing me up and down every chance he had even a wink behind my partners back. My partner caught him eyeing me off a couple of times and wanted to physically deal with him there and then. I had to calm him down. My partner was fuming. I had to end up getting him out of there as calmly and politely as possible. I felt extremely uncomfortable myself being ogled like this. I know I get a lot of looks at times but this was creepy. This guy wasn't even good looking! far from it in fact! Ladies just be careful when you go in there and avoid this creep as much as you can. Goodness knows what he would be capable of. We end up going to Air Sound & Vision and getting what my partner wanted there. My partner still wants to go back and 'sort' this guy out, but I have been keeping him calm so hopefully he will remain calm and forget about it. He has told all his mates about it so doubt that any of them will go in there unless they want to rumble.

  Everything is very simple to get done and start driving if you have the correct details. Staff are eager to help out in whatever way they can. Campavans are all checked over and have all the equipment they said they would supply. No complaints here.

  Spoke to a staff member Tony wanting advice on a new sound system and he knows nothing! Why put someone in a section they know nothing about. All he was interested in was selling me something, anything! He knew nothing about anything, totally useless. Tony learn about the products you are selling so you can give informed help not just tell people what you think they want to hear or get another job where you don't need any level of knowledge of the products you are selling. You are out of your depth in that job.

  Couldn't believe how big the store was! I needed a new battery - they tested my old one for nothing and fitted my new one for nothing.. Amazing service

  Ok, I have to admit, my visit to Autobarn Cairns before Christmas was the worst service I got. However, this last visit was much better. The sales rep I spoke to and have been dealing with was great. He has been very good and patient with me and believe me, that is no easy task with me. I can be one of those pain in the butt customers and hard work, I actually think I was hard work this time. Tony , was very good and patient and helpful, making sure I stayed calm and finding out all the information I needed. As for the Clint, well he was extra patient with me as well, which was great. So thank you guys, you have been great, and dare I say Tony, you are a legend for managing to keep me calm when I was getting frustrated and angry and that isn't an easy thing to do. Damn, I might even shop there again ha ha. Great service guys keep up the good work. Clint, thank you so much for your time and patience are also a legend!
