  Visited today to find that there was no manager or supervisor present in the store. Spoke with the guys down in Parts and they were very friendly. However the new guy at the front counter was exceptionally rude. He was on the phone when I approached the front counter. He didn't even acknowledge me, and continued his conversation whilst I waited to do a simple transaction. I would have been very happy for him to do the sale (of 1 item) whilst he was on the phone, but he made me stand there waiting for him until he finished his conversation. No "thank you for waiting" or "sorry to keep you" or anything! I have been a customer at this store for many years. All the other staff are excellent, but man has very bad customer service skills!

  Been a customer at this store for almost 10 years now. Since the end of last year it seems that management (or lack thereof) have become uninterested in the store. Have been trying to contact the store for 9 days now. The phone line is still not working!

  Conflicting advice about battery charge and life from two different staff. If i took one staff members advice id have a dead fried battery.

  So been there before and didnt find the customer service anything special but being local I kept returning. Finished work early amd got there and 4.55 (closes at 5) doors locked. Could see guys standing around inside talking joking around. I knew what I wanted and would of been 2 minutes or less with some customer service.
