  Great Store ,one on one treatment is second to none and with Great professionalism Noning is a problem with any of guys working in the store They are there to get things done so your back on your bike quick as possible

  Bought a bike from these guys , customer service is so so could be better, but they do replacements really quick , I rate it 3/5

  Have been shopping here occasionally over the past few years and have recently bought a new bike from the store. The service from the staff I have received could not have been better. Emails are promptly answered and I have always been attended to quickly when in the shop. Staff are very professional and knowledgeable and also include a free basic bike video fit when buying a bike to ensure you get the right size frame, stem, seat position etc. Being able to walk into the shop, say that I would like to buy the bike, get fitted on the bike and be riding the bike home within 30 minutes isn't something I've experienced in other shops. As an experienced cyclist it was great to be able to talk to staff who know their products and help customers out with the right selection. Also kudos to Jeff from the service department for his professionalism and quick service when I bought my bike in on short notice. I highly recommend the team at Avanti Plus The Valley.
