::The staff and owner of this store were friendly, helpful, honest and trustworthy. I bought a Scott Foil from this store over the phone which was worth around the $4,000 mark. The bike was delivered exactly how it was described and I was completely satisfied with the service and communication I received. From my experience, I would encourage people to shop at this store. I would also like to thank the Owner and Staff for all their help and Iām really happy with the Scott Foil.

::The team here are invariably helpful and knowledgable. We come to town every year for the TDU and have come to rely on them for equipment, advice, and the odd emergency repair - which they will squeeze in despite being flat out over TDU week. The shop is very stocky and the mechanics are experienced, so they can always come through. It's almost like a bike shop from the past, when the staff were old hands who really knew their trade.

::Went in yesterday to get a new derailer which was replaced less then 2 weeks ago for my 12y.o.'s Avanti bike. Asked if there was a warranty and got the biggest lecture by Mr Birenstock shoes who savaged my son on not being able to care for his bike. (Yes he and his friend made some jumps, having fun in the holidays.) He was so rude and demeaning that that I decided not to give them my money and shall never go back or recommend them again which is a shame as the other staff have been great. Cleary Mr Birenstock had bicycle pump stuck somewhere awkward. ...

::The team were very friendly and helpful. Lots of product knowledge and advice for anyone new to cycling. I wanted to change things up from a regular bike to something more serious, without any prior knowledge. The team talked through all of the variables and options, including a personalized bike fit to suit my body size and shape. Could not have asked for or wanted for better service. Even though I live on the other side of town I will be a repeat customer. Rare to find personal service at that level.
