  Avenue managed my rental property for about 4 years. They were good in meeting the needs of the tenants, actually did all the inspections and provide photographic evidence. They found me a new tenant each time I needed one and provided good advice. Mary was always on hand to assist. When we decided to sell Bruce stepped in with honest frank advice. I think he did a fantastic job in a tough seller's market. He even went the extra mile, assisting with the display of the unit. It was good to have someone I could trust to get through the process.

  I had the challenge of purchasing a property in a safe area with potential resale value while residing over 1000km from Brisbane. I thought this was impossible .... until i met Tina and Bruce. Throughout the laborious process of whittling down the options, Tina was there. She, along with my daughter, went to many viewings and all along, Tina coached my daughter in what to look for in a property, where the tricks and traps were and how to spot a potential purchase. . Her eye for detail, her patience and perseverance were all over and above anything we ever expected. Bruce, all the way along, offered his vast expereince and knowledge of the Brisbane property market. This pair make buying property affordable, stress free and simple. Highly recommend them to anyone wanting to get into the property market whether as a first time home buyer, up or down sizer ir someone wanting ti make a clever investment, Avenue Property is the only place to go. .

  To start off we toured this nice apartment complex for a whopping ten minutes with the help of a less than helpful staff member (mary.) Then after showing our immediate deep interest in the property, sending in applications, and lastly waiting for more than a week after a promised call back from mary, we called into the property on the day we were told we would've been able to sign on, she then tells us that "oh, I chose another group because they've lived here before." All in all if your looking for a place to live with a good, helpful, and informative staff associated with it, please save yourself time and do not deal with Avenue Property.

  Renting through avenue was really easy, no dramas at all. Alisha was fantastic to deal with and has been the best rental manager I've had
