  Stock was on the wrong hook displaying the wrong price, one of our items didnt have a barcode sticker and couldn't be scanned upon checkout. They were out of stock of a few things I wanted. The staff were very friendly and the prices were quite reasonable though. They're probably better than on this occasion, it was a Sunday so there's probably a lot of time for stock to sell out from the last delivery

  A huge store with tonnes of stock - come here to get everything you need for your little ones. Easy to get a park close to the entrance, but the store is kinda in the middle of nowhere, so if you want to come here, you need to make a special trip, which can sometimes be difficult getting young kids in-and-out of the car regularly. Staff are a little hard to find, and not overly friendly, but they will help you find what you need. A good store for baby supplies, better than any others around Newcastle.

  Huge shop, large range. If they don't have an item in stock, you are made to lay-by it, incurring a lay-by fee, even if you offer to pay the total price. I rang 3 weeks later to see if the item was in, it was, but no, they don't ring you to tell you. What poor customer service!

  I agree with most of the comments, but to the defence of the staff the store was very busy with people wanting help, maybe the managers should employ more staff. The lady that served us was very helpful and knowledgeable about the product we bought, she came to us and asked us if we needed help, we were in the shop for only a few minutes and it was busy at the time.

  Often understaffed, good selection of high end strollers but just be aware they aren't always the cheapest. If you are buying a bugaboo then I recommend taking note of the manufacture date as it will make a big difference to your resale value. If you are paying full price then make sure you get one that's recent. I bought my Bugagoo Donkey in June 2017 and only discovered later that it was actually a 2016 model. It had a scratch which I was assured would buff out with some polish, and now wonder if what I actually got was returned or display stock. I would go here again but recommend caution.
