  This review is purely based on Margaret - she is extremely rude, arrogant and self-entitled. She has missed the point that customer service is part of her role. Would not recommend approaching Margaret, she demonstrates no empathy towards first time parents who are anxious and spending considerable amounts of money.

  Great range but good luck getting assistance. Had gone in twice this week to spend $500+ and couldn’t find anyone to help me - one person on the floor with numerous people waiting.

  Absolutely appalling phone manner from Maria at Moore Park when I rang to enquire about my layby, No customer service skills had I not had a $6,000 layby with this company I would not be buying from them at all!

  My husband and I had a really lovely experience at the BB Moore Park. The staff were so kind and provided very helpful information and tips about each item. This helped us make informed decision very quickly. Natalie, a lovely staff especially helped us on both days we were there and really made our first baby product shopping experience a really positive and exciting one. :)
