  Beocom 2 phone lost contact with base.. rang Bang & Olufsen to enquire how to fix.. told it will be a service fee of $150 and if it is a battery we would have to wait weeks for a battery to arrive from Denmark as the Perth store does not keep batteries.. this service is terrible! This phone we use for business and cannot afford to have a phone we paid a lot of money for not working...

  My first time in B&O and i was enormously impressed. Was just walking past, saw something that caught my eye and had to go and have a look. The young Lady sales person, was courteous and professional. The stock? Wether it was a tv or an extraordinary sound speaker, was superb. Another quality store for King St.
