  Great products, however unfortunately the customer service is diabolically awful. The sales assistant with whom I had contact was nothing but rude, conceited and utterly unhelpful. Abrasive experience.

  Had a few questions about some older B&O gear and messaged the B&O Aus/NZ facebook page. Almost straight away I got a reply pointing me in the right direction by a great bloke called Damian. Super refreshing to get prompt service!

  Have walked in a few times - no acknowledgement from sales staff - they look you up and down and then continue with what they were doing. For a premium product (and as an owner of B&O) - you would expect better service. Would suggest people go over to David Jones - their new AV section complete with B&O products - with staff that genuinely care and are interested in selling.

  I can't think of a better customer experience I've had, even for a relatively inexpensive purchase.

  Asked a couple of questions, sales staff shurgged us off saying 'whatever' under his breath. At which point he turned to another customer and i left the store. Seriously rude, im sorry, but whoever was working on the 29/07/17 1pm should be sacked. Not the kind of customer relations you want when youre about to spend a few thousand dollars for a speaker.
