::Not enough staff selling tickets. Long queues to force people in to the food purchasing line when all they want is a ticket. Online booking attracts a fee. 15 minutes to wait in line to buy a ticket. Other people is queue also angry. Missed the start of the film thanks to poor management. Won't visit again.

::OK as big chain cinemas go. No Indies in Mackay, so cost expensive by my standards, even on Tuesday. Being a Cinebuzz member can help, my son got a voucher for up to 4 tickets at $10each due to booking during school holidays ~ ofc if you book online there is a booking fee of about $1.50 pp

::Clean theatre that was not busy when we went. I like that you can choose your seats if you book prior to getting to the venue. The staff were friendly and polite and were waiting to serve us as we walked through the door. Popcorn a little expensive at $7.50 for a small serve. Overall a good experience, we will attend again.

::Only Cinema in Mackay centre, as there is one at Mount Pleasant. This one needs to be renovated, its getting old and can sometimes smell. But other wise its okay. If you can see the same movie highly recommend going to there sister cinema in Mount Pleasant

::Went to two movies this week here in the busiest week of the year. You can order online and pickup the tickets via the machine and not have to wait in line which is handy. Seats are comfy and screens are good quality. Only gripe is cost of food - $16 for medium popcorn and drink is outrageous.
