  Went to the Store to look for Fan's was looking around for 10 minutes no one in the Store so I went to the counter and asked about the Fan's he didn't give much advice he seemed more interested in chatting to his work Colleague so I went to the Malaga store what a difference in sales and knowledge of the product so I spent my money there so glad the Ossie Park store was useless.

  You walk in store and staff are busy talking about their weekend and don't even acknowledge you let alone helping you choose the lights. Piss poor customer service. I would my few grand somewhere else now. Never coming back

  Nice enough shop but after being told 4 times that my choice of lighting and extractor fan was unavailable I gave up. Suggest they put “out of stock” stickers on the lights they do have to save wasting time looking to see what they do have out the back like a bad shoe shop.

  Liked their rustic and modern designs, good quality. A bit expensive though.

  Surprised , really busy but good service. Good light selection. Bought 5 external fittings.
