  The first time at Beaurepairs in Emerald QLD they totally messed up the bottom of my van by not lifting it on the supposed bars but on the panels and soft areas underneath the sliding door. Result was a bended area on both sides of the van and having trouble opening the sliding door. Unfortunately I only figured that out 500k's away.... The second time I needed 4 tyres and had set up an appointment through the webside, as in the shop in Cairns QLD they couldn't give the same price as on your website. More than $200 difference in total... Then I called for the wheel allignment together with the tyre change and on the phone they said that should not be a problem according to the employee. When I showed up on that Saturday morning the message was there was no one on site able to do wheel alignment. The personnel did swear a lot while doing the job, weren't friendly and didn't seem happy to work on Saturday. Honestly I think the shop manager himself was able to do the allignment but didn't want to do it because he had to leave as soon as it was 12oclock. Also when putting the wheel nuts back on the didn't use a proper torque wrench but just a power tool. So I had 3 times a bad experience no customer service at all and damage to my vehicle. I'm sorry but I will not recommend Beaurepairs to anyone!

  I was in need of 4 tyres for my Sparkie. I called 5 suppliers in Cairns. 4 said they do not have stock...period. Not one offered to look or aource from somewhere else. The 5th one offered to source some but never came back to me. Enters Dennis from Beaurepair Cairns. Within half an hour he called me back informing me that the tyres will be here the next day and gave me a price. So today I had an appointment to have them fitted at 14h00. I was in town around 10 am and I decided to phone Dennis and find out if it was at all possible to come in earlier. He said no worries and squeezed me in there and then. Thanks Dennis you made a client for life. For the othe companies complaining about no bussiness. Think again.

  I had a flat leaking tire and they told me I had to change the tire instead of repairing it because the edge was a little scratched. I went to another tire repairs and they fixed it saying it was perfectly fine. Don't go here!
