  Beds N Nightmares!!! STAY AWAY!! We purchased an expensive bed - it was delivered on time. However, after the first few nights on the bed we distinctly noticed how much firmer the bed was than the display model. On the day of the purchase we were deciding between 2 different beds of different firmness. After laying on each bed back-and-forth many times over, we asked the sales person if the new bed will be exactly like the display bed in terms of firmness, and the reply was "yes" as the display beds are only new. This was the information we needed to make our decision on which bed to choose. As I said, the bed that was delivered to us was much firmer than the display bed, THEREFORE WE WERE TOLD INCORRECT INFORMATION that made us choose the wrong bed. After having the bed for only one week we called the store and were told that we can't do anything about it and they would not exchange the bed. They did not want to help (except they offered to exchange the new bed for their display model...how insulting)! We feel totally ripped off....very poor business and will never recommend this company to anyone (the power of social media). OUR FEEDBACK: 1. If your argument is that the display beds will always be softer, then be sure to tell customers that the new bed will not be like the display bed. Maybe have signs confirming this important information! 2. If display beds aren't anywhere close to the frimness of what the new bed will be like, then what is the purpose of the 'worn out' display bed - this is totally misleading? Its like buyin a car of a particular color, but then the car arrives and its slightly different to the color of the display model! What you get told and what you buy are two different things. 3. If your argument is that you update your display beds reguarly, then that suggests even more that your display bed is not equivalent to the new bed. Keeping in mind that we were told that the display bed was relatively new.....and the new bed will feel the same as this display bed! 4. Train your sales people to tell the truth. Or make sure they have enough knowledge of the product to give the correct information. POOR BUSINESS. STAY AWAY.

  Absolutely the best customer service by far. All staff were so friendly and helpful, not pushy sales people but certainly knew their stuff. I would definately go back here again and I would recommend this store to anyone.

  I purchased a entire bedsuite and matteress from the store which I was super surprised they were promptly able to deliver 3 days later, even before I was ready. I was happy with the experience with them until the bed arrived though. Upon inspecting the tallboy I discovered that there were chips all through the drawers that just had been painted over with white. In the base of the storage bed the panels didn't fit the size of the spaces so they move around and the base of the drawers in the bedside table have not been cut straight leaving gaps and bits of wood poking out to hook on things. I immediately went straight to the store with photos to show the damage and was told that they would deliver another tallboy but couldnt do it for a week, even though they had delivery people going around that day. Well they sent the store people a week later who tried to change just the drawers in the unit only. They were bending and twisting the connections so much I thought they might snap, only to discover those drawers didn't fit properly and were going to leave them scratching each other... they were going to leave like that until I pointed it out. Eventually they decided to change the whole unit, bringing it upstairs unboxed and unprotected. they finally got it in place and pushed it up against other items in the room. It was left with sweaty dirty finger prints all over it that I can not wipe off and a few days later I discovered that there was a chip in the exterior at the end that was up against another item in the room. This would have occur when they were trying to get it up the staircase unprotected. When I contacted them they refused to replace it or even come to check it. I even asked to speak to the store Manager David who laughed at me and dismissed my claims. I spent over $3000 and have be left with a damaged and dirty product. Do NOT buy from here.

  Best customer service I have experienced... Nice sales persons, they understand and try to make things easy for you...!!!
