  The customer service in store was absolutely fk'd plus they recommended a mattress recycling business to us called landsavers who wanted extra costs on top of what beds r us staff and landsavers themselves quoted us on the phone to take away our old mattress and base and it turns out this landsavers are actually at the tip daily dumping mattress materials so how's that saving land? A further check revealed this landsavers use to trade as dreamsafe and took off with all the cash leaving the shed owner they leased from with over 26,000 mattresses and pled bankrupt but now trade under the new name. Another mob called Newcastle mattress recyclers quoted us a price over the phone yet when they actually charged us less because we prepaid for the collection. It certainly pays to shop around for both bed stores and bed recyclers.
